IT Administrator

Duties include but not limited to:

• Act as 1st point of contact to provide desktop support to users

• Assist in maintaining system, server, network, virtualization platform and other IT related facilities

• Assist in performing hardware and software installation, configuration, procurement process and IT equipment house-keeping

• Well document the process, practice, configurations

•  Manage third party vendor relationships and coordinate work between different teams

 

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or related field

• 3 years hands-on experience in operating Windows Server, Linux, Backup & Recovery and Active Directory

• Hands-on experience in cloud services such as Google Cloud, AWS and Azure would be an advantage

• Holder of MCSA, MCSE, CCNA is preferable

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent customer service support skills

• Self-motivated and the ability to work under pressure

• Good interpersonal skills and excellent verbal/written communication in both English and Cantonese

 

Working Location & Hours:

 

Hong Kong Science Park

5-day work, 10:00 – 19:00 (Lunch hour 13:45 – 15:00)
