Development Manager / Development Lead 

 

Duties include but not limited to:

• Lead a team of programmers to develop iPhone and Android games

• Analyze portfolio of games and prioritize development roadmaps to maximize profitability of the portfolio 

• Define work plan, project tasks and allocate resources in an efficient and effective manner

• Participate in analysis, development, testing, balancing and implementation of applications

• Work with product team to resolve application and performance issues 

• Strong knowledge in writing clean, maintainable code with test coverage and sourcing control to management of the deployment and configuration
   

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related disciplines

• Minimum 8 years working experience with 3 years' experience in management level

• Proficient in Unity 3D, Java & C#

• Passion and strong interest in creating and playing different mobile games

• Efficient, able to work with a tight schedule and meet deadlines

• Excellent communication skills and proficient in spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Development Lead or Senior Programmer
   

 

Working Location & Hours:

 

Hong Kong Science Park

5-day work, 10:00 – 19:00 (Lunch hour 13:45 – 15:00)
